Job Summary

Provides leave of absence and other benefit program administration. Supports and serves as a benefits resource to employees and managers.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or GED
  • Four years of experience related to employee benefits or human resources; may consider two years of college level coursework in Human Resources as a substitute for one year of required experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with bookkeeping and payroll
  • Database management experience
