Human Resources Manager-Recruitment

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager for Recruitment supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of integrity, accountability, respect, quality and commitment and has primary responsibility to coordinate the implementation of services, policies and programs for recruitment of staff, leaders and physicians. Works with the HR leadership team to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services and supports the realization of YRMC's Mission and Vision by providing leadership in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and five years of experience in Human Resource management. May consider an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Three years of recruitment experience, including the use of social media and other outreach strategies to source and hire talent
  • One year of Physician recruitment experience
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation and benefit programs, workforce planning and other Human Resources programs
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations to a variety of groups
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency utilizing applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Knowledge of new recruitment technologies (Text Recruit, AI, etc.)
  • Certification in Human Resources strongly preferred
  • Acute care multi-hospital experience
  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS) experience
